We are proud to offer our customers with gluten sensitivity many great options! The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, HP sauce, our Malted Milk and Oreo Cookie milkshake mix-ins and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. Since Five Guys buns are not gluten free, we offer our customers the option of going bun-less! You may order a burger in a No Bun Bowl or lettuce wrap. You may also bring in your favourite gluten free bun, however, please note that due to food safety concerns, we are unable to prepare your meal with this bun and you will need to transfer yourself. Yes, we have 2 vegetarian sandwich options; The Veggie Sandwich (all the fun of the burger but without the meat patty) and a Grilled Cheese (we turn the bun inside out, add a thin layer of mayonnaise and toast perfectly). Our fries are also suitable for vegetarian and even vegan diets, they are cooked in 100% peanut oil and no other products are cooked in the same fryer. Please note, we do not currently offer a vegetarian patty as an alternative to our beef patty. However, in both our vegetarian sandwiches, you may add as many toppings as you desire. Yes, our cheese and milkshakes are dairy products and our buns contain both soy and dairy.

We want to limit the risk of someone unknowingly coming into contact with peanuts that may have an allergy.

Over the past 20 years, peanuts have become part of the Five Guys identity, and it has become a loved feature for our fans. We by no means want to exclude guests from our stores, but at the same time we would not want to disappoint our peanut eating guests. We make sure that we have signage on our doors and in our stores informing customers that we serve peanuts in bulk containers, as we would never want someone to risk their health by coming into our stores.
